Meet Seana the owner and baker
I started my Bakery Business in 2024 when I was injured working in corrections and I was forced to stay home. My mom would always bake with me as a child before she passed away and I wanted to get back to it. So I decided to make a passion into a business starting my Bakery in Northern NJ !
Cake Baking is a Passion
People are always telling me how delicious the cake or item was. That for me is what keeps the passion alive! I make gourmet cookies, cakes, pies, cupcakes , I do custom items for birthdays , bridal/ baby showers etc. Seana likes to bake treats that will sweeten your day. Seana is currently partaking in the Greatest Baker Contest. Some of the questions asked to her were
Q- Tell us about your signature bake and why it’s your most popular treat. A- My signature bake without a doubt is the Lemon Drizzle collection. Whether you choose the moist cake or the chewy cookie, you’re guaranteed, a truly delectable, treat. It achieves that perfect balance of lemon. So satisfying that even those who shy away from lemon, come back for a second helping.
Q- Who is your favorite person to bake for and what do you make most for them? A- The person I love baking for the most would have to be my son. He is my ultimate taste tester and my biggest supporter since day one. Now that he is in college, he still holds that title. He just brings it to a larger audience by bringing treats for all his friends to taste, and give me opinions on as well! Without a doubt, he would say his favorite is the Royal icing sugar cookies!
Q- How would you use the $10,000? A- I would use a $10,000 to immediately buy a trailer. This would be the key to growing business. Current transportation limitation restricts my product variety and event capacity. I dedicated food, trailer, would professionalize my operation, and enable me to offer a significantly larger menu to my clients, while being able to book lucrative events ensuring a strong return on the 10,000 put into the trailer.

She does have a commercial license, She rents a kitchen out of long valley, for orders, She does hope to be able to open my very own kitchen and / or trailer for events ! Pricing for Bakery Items
A basic cupcake or large gourmet cookie is $4 and a 7inch double layer custom cake starts around ~$45 My favorite flavor whether you’re getting a cake or a cookie would have to be my lemon drizzle. It’s a favorite among many people in town! My least favorite is cotton candy mixes, I’m not a fan of cotton candy, but people go crazy for cotton candy!
