Your baby has turned 1! Such a big milestone for you and your baby. A great way to celebrate this is by doing a cake smash photo shoot!

I had such a great time setting up this cake smash session for this sweet little girl. Her mom picked the theme strawberries to match her party theme. I will work with you to bring your vision to life. Each Cake Smash session is personally created for your child. From the backdrop to the decorations I will make sure that you have the session you dreamed of.
Starting off with some portraits
During this session we started with some portraits. Mom supplied her white on jumper with the pink number one on it. I do also offer a client wardrobe. So you are more than welcome to use what I have or bring in that special out fit. We will go over all of this when we are setting up your session. Wardrobe is an important detail of your session. We want to make sure you fit the theme and complete the look for your vision.
Smashing Some Cake
This is the best part the fun part! Now realize not every kid is going to dive right in. Some kids will absolutely love to smash that cake and others. Well…… not so much. We might have to “help” them along. So sometimes mom, grandma, dad, whoever came to the cake smash session might get a little messy. But is so so worth it. Let you in on a little secret. This little one was not having it. She looked at the cake and was like ummmm what do you want me to do. Mom would guide her hand to the cake. Showed her how to smash it. Put a piece of it in her mouth. She did eventually play with the cake. Either way mom got some amazing pictures.

Do I need to have a vision or theme ready? No absolutely not! It is my job I will help you plan your session from the theme to the outfit the cake. It is my job. I love to create these sessions!
